3. Good morning!. My clock just turned past 12 and I should be sleeping.

However, I wanted to respond to your post. I agree that the women (and many of those with male parts) are the best here. However, after being closed down twice yesterday for expressing our feelings about the sexism here, I and others are really thinking about calling it a day. There seems to be a double standard at DU, or at the very least, a complete lack of understanding about treating all people with honor and respect and I am unwilling and too old and tired to fight that battle with those who should be my fellow liberals and supporters. I came here to interact with those who are angry about what is happening to our country and to try to find ways to make changes and to have to spend my time involved with teenage language, attitudes, crude ideas and macho manners toward women just won't fly for me. Thanks for your time.
