Did you hear Arnold Schwarzenegger is running for Governor of CA
Meanwhile back in D.C. on Sunday the Washington Post reports Bush lied about Iraqi nuclear threat. But Arnold is running for Governor.

Two senior policymakers, who supported the war, said in unauthorized interviews that the administration greatly overstated Iraq's near-term nuclear potential.

"I never cared about the 'imminent threat,'" said one of the policymakers, with directly relevant responsibilities.

Also Newsday reports Pentagon officials met with an Iranian arms dealer from the Iran-Contra days. But Arnold is running for Governor.

The administration officials who disclosed the secret meetings to Newsday said the talks with Manucher Ghorbanifar were not authorized by the White House and appeared to be aimed at undercutting current sensitive back channel negotiations with the Iranian regime...

…The senior administration official said he was puzzled by the resurfacing of Ghorbanifar after all these years.

"It would be amazing if anybody in government hadn't learned the lessons of last time around," he said. "These guys...should have learned it, 'cause they lived it."

Where the hell is the media? Oh thats right Arnold is running for Governor.

1. Arnold's running for governor?
Really?

DO TELL!

Must get out more. Spend too much time online.

Note: This is sarcasm. What about the other candidates? What about the recall issue itself?

Enough about Arnold, already! The news channels really need ot do some reporting for once, instead of the regular Schwarzenegger/Kobe Bryant/Scott Peterson/Ben and J-Lo crap. This is getting ridiculous!

5. You can't escape that way, either
It's all anyone can talk about. It's pervasive. I'm so sick of hearing it from the people I work with, the people at the next table at dinner, and the neighbors. The media has blasted it so loud and so long, even getting fresh air won't stop the incessant "Arnie is runing", "Arnie's the front runner" bushit.

Apparently all of 'murica has become stepford.

3. The problem with the media
is they are becoming lazy. It is easier to report on the Schwarzenegger/Kobe Bryant/Scott Peterson/Ben and J-Lo crap than to do some real reporting.

6. The "national Inquirer" was a very very profitable paper.
While every one used to laugh at it. The media is doing what pays. Finding news and reporting it is expensive. Inventing it is cheap. Especially under the protection of the First Amendment.
