With the exception of his crocodile tears photo-op (which happened, delayed-fashion, after people noticed how little 9/11 seemed to move him), he was all full of smirks and smiles and barely suppressed glee, it seemed to me.

It was like a Stephen King moment, like the moment Johnny shakes Stillson's hand in "The Dead Zone" and it happened over and over and over. Emperor Chimpy* could hardly mention 9/11 in the days after without smirking and smiling.

It was extremely creepy.
