Brahimi Calls Bremer A Dictator

I was just reading on antiwar.com and saw that the U.N. Ambassador in Iraq called Bremer a dictator. Mr Brahimi said "The government of Iraq sometimes-I'm sure he doesn't mind my sayint it-Bremer is the dictator-He has the money. He has the signature.
