Bust him under Article 112 of the UCMJ
The Uniform Code of Military Justice is the military's lawbook. Any crime a soldier can commit is described in those pages. (They even have a "general article," Article 134, for when you do something really bad that isn't described in any of the other articles.)

Look at this photo:

Mr. Bush, as you can see, is three sheets to the wind in front of a huge crowd of new Air Force officers.

This is Article 112:

ART. 112. DRUNK ON DUTY

Any person subject to this chapter other than a sentinel or look-out, who is found drunk on duty, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

The Bush boy thinks he's in the military, and he holds the title "Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces." So we can bust him for being ripped in front of his troops, right?

1. Story behind the pic?
Is there a video?

I agree it looks like he's snockered, but is that just a still taken out of context?

Do you know?

5. Ah, so it's part of his program
Restoring honor and dignity to the office of President.

You know, there comes a time in most men's lives when they realize they are no longer in their early 20s. For some of us, it's getting a step slower on the morning jog. Or a couple of extra muscle aches after mowing the yard. Maybe it's the massive hangover from no more than the usual drinking. Or when the sales clerk calls you "sir." A little bit of reckoning, maybe. Paul said it very well in his first letter to the church at Corinth: When I was a child, I acted like a child. When I became a man, I put away childish things.

George W. Bush is in his late 50s, and still wants to be the BMOC, the campus cut-up, one of the guys. That's one thing when you actually are on campus; it's quite another thing 35 years removed.

7. Good lord yourself
If this was an isolated incident, you might have a point. It's not. George W. Bush is a man who has yet to put away childish things.

12. One of the things that was in the Press Release for this event...
was that the president was going to address those he would soon send off to war. He may be "mugging it up w/them" while they are alive, but he won't be there if any of them come home in "Transfer Tubes" from the ill spawned war he created.

This man, (bush), is a disgrace to all of us that have ever worn a uniform in honor to defend this nation. For those of us that have seen the slaughter of our brothers in arms, I find the fact that a coward would "mug w/the graduates", repulsive at best.

9. I had always thought /South Pacific/ to be kind of far out and goofy.
You know, sailors singing and doing dance routines and what not. I'd be like "that'd never happen for real."

11. So, who is that dancer tap dancing with Dubya?
Hey, that's what it looks like to me, like two tap dancers in a challenge.
