I'm just wondering if Bush* uses notes or a TelePrompter when he talks or if it is off the cuff. I know he let's his hair down a bit in these type environments but I'm not sure he is capable of much off the cuff speech making. Kerry and Gore and Clinton are quite prolific when it comes to talking to the people. They need no notes.
