Hannibal Lector and George W. Bush
Who is more evil? Why?

(And don't bail out by saying that Lector is a fictional character when we have a creature in the White House that can't tell fiction from reality.)

1. can I cop out and say "evil in different ways"?
I have to admit, if Hannibal had George W. in the same position as Ray Liotta's character in the movie -- imagine his consternation when he was unable to find a trace of brain in the guy's head.

Put Lecter and Bush in a room and lock the door for five hours. See who comes out. He's the most evil.
