Al Gore said last week, "George Tenet should also resign.
I want to offer a special word about George Tenet, because he is a personal friend and I know him to be a good and decent man. It is especially painful to call for his resignation, but I have regretfully concluded that it is extremely important that our country have new leadership at the CIA immediately."http://www.moveonpac.org/goreremarks052604.html

I mean I don't think he is culpable, at least solely, in all that he is being blamed for... but right now he is just coming across as completely incompetent in his role as director of our central intelligence agency.

2. He's either incompetent, or a phony. |

Not sure which one it is, but neither is good.
This whole thing is already being used as a scapegoat for Bush and its infuriating.
