Is Bush entitled to counsel?

Anybody involved in exposing a U.S. intelligence operative sure sounds like a terrorist suspect to me. And * says terrorist suspects are not entitled to counsel, so how can he get a lawyer?

2. Bush deserves to spend himself into millions of dollars of legal bills

When the Repukes went after Clinton for eight straight years, he rang up over $10 million dollars in legal bills! Let Bush pay a similar price. However, there's a difference between Clinton and Bush: Clinton ended up being proven innocent and Bush will be proven to be a criminal.

3. It's interesting to note:

bush could use an "in house" attorney. However, because both are employees of the government, bush would not enjoy the protection of lawyer-client privilege .... hence, a government attorney could be forced to testify to a federal grand jury about what bush told him/her. (Or be deposed in a civil action, which Wilson & wife may actually do!) By getting an "outside" attorney, bush protects any/all conversations about what he knows about any wrong-doing on this case.
