I doubt that Ron, Patty, and Nancy would let * speak.

1. Oh, he'll speak... It's a state funeral and he is currently head of state

(despite my dismay).... I'd expect Clinton, Carter, and others to speak as well. But they will maintain control over the whole thing, be sure.
