This Week with Stephanopolis
Be prepared to vomit. I certainly don't think it is proper to trash the man but this unmittigated, and patently dishonest love fest is quite another story. Reagan should be honestly discussed. At the very least outlandish lies such as Bakers "the American people were paying 70% on its top dollar" before Reagan's tax cut should have been corrected. At least we do have a nice precedent for the eventual death of Carter.

2. The local NM coverage
in which they interviewed both GOP and Dem governors, was a study in faint praise and the sly dig. The rabid idolatry seems to come from party ideologues and the boobs who were made to feel good while he stole them blind. The men who had to cope with him on an official basis were a little more realistic.

3. the wingnuts set the stage...
With their tantrums about "The Reagans". The media is terrified to cast any aspersions on The Human God.

I refuse to watch any more of the coverage. After Larry King's guests last night got all teary-eyed as they conveyed their personal messages to Nancy Reagan, I can't stand another second of it.

4. let them pass their hot air....all the station owners were on the
receiving end of his giveaways...and you can't bite the hand that feeds you...so..this too shall pass.

RR will have to answer for what he has done..both good and bad.

I personally will watch re-runs all week...because I am on RR overload already!
