1. I knew it.
This is a convenient smokescreen for chimpy and his crew. It takes the light of scrutiny off them and buys them some time.

4. Postponing the Edmonds piece was a good move by 60 Minutes.

I would rather see Edmonds appear on 60 Minutes when the nation's attention is not focused on a man whose mind passed away long before his body did. Let all the noise about Reagan die down so that it won't drown out what Edmonds says.

8. This is F*ing bullshit.......I'm sick of this crap
I'm sorry the guy had Alzheimers, and sorry that he suffered a slow death, but he was a HORRIBLE PRESIDENT....

Reading Juan Coles article reminded me of what this man stood for.

He had one good thing going for him. He was a great one liner poltical comedian. It's his policies that scared the shit out of me.

Why Sicksty minutes would think we should watch old Reagan reminesces, and medals of freedom for a guy who never fought in WW II. A guy who blamed the victim for AIDs, who wanted to cut funds for school lunches, and made deal with Iranian Cleric Knomeni to help fund the damn people we're fighting today.

What the hell is wrong with this?

Had they done something like an accurate examination of his policies then OK. But screw Reagan's Clark Gables quotes, and look what he did.

Did they do anything like this for Nixon, Johnson, or Ike? Hell, no.

I don't like to speak ill of the dead, and I think he was probalby a loving husband and a good friend to those around him, but he was a DISASTER as a President. They call him the Great Communicator. More like the master of the one liner, and a dangerous dangerous man.
