3. Don't worry
I'm sure they'll be provided with prosthetic 'Victory Limbs'.

Walter Reed is overflowing so badly that they've been putting patients up in nearby hotels. This was in LBN just this week.

4. Wasn't one of the companies in the Carlyle Group one that made
prosthetics? I remember reading this several months ago, but I didn't save the link.

7. Gosh, I wish I'D lost a limb for the PNAC!
No fair! We all want to have significant portions of our anatomy blown off for the greater glory of Wolfowitz, Cheney and Halliburton! Yet only the few are so priviliged! How can we rectify this grossly unfair situation? Could there maybe be a program where you could have a limb surgically removed and sent to Bush in a box? So he could, y'know, like, put it up over his mantlepiece or something? So we could say, in a very special way, "I couldn't be there, but I wanted to have something blown off for you so here's my leg"? Cuz I think there's a lot of people out there for whom just praying for Bush isn't enough. I think a lot of people would want to do this. I bet Rush would sign up right away.
