2. Are you sure it wasn't "sorely missed"?
That's the stock phrase.

18. Of course he said "sorely missed"......
....while I will not miss Reagan, and while I do not like bush in any way, we should try to stick to the truth. He said "sorely missed." It is silly -- at best -- to pretend otherwise.

4. If Clinton said that
Hate Radio would have a week's worth of material. Instead, we're just supposed to say "aw shucks" and know what Bush REALLY meant.

6. dig this, watched the live Poppy appearance from Kennebunkport last night.
Poppy and Babs did the interview thing outside their house on the Maine coast, and at the end GWHB says to the media, OK you can turn off the cameras now, I see that the bass are coming in.....

Busboy learned it from someone.

17. He also compared his idiot son to Reagan ... it's started...
did anybody else catch that ? It was sickening. Those Bushits will ride this for all it's worth. Pretended to have some kind of important relationship with the Reagans. I'll say ... been over 10 years since they contacted them ? Nancy was right to despise them ... they have NO class.

Let's see when Ronnie was president, Dubya was towards the end of his drunken days...Makes me wonder what their relationship was really like, eh?

10. Never thought I could hate anyone more than Reagan.
About the "Sorta" missed..Bush misread the Teleprompter again.
As to Reagan. After Nixon,I thought Reagan was the most hated president. A dottling old fool surounded by evil people..
Now, Bush II...He gets the title of most hated, but Bush II is evil surrounded by evil aides.
Reagan started the decline of the republic and reinforced the "Empire" but he really suffered from Alzheimers ever since "Bedtime for Bonzo" Less lines to remember as Prez. than full time acting...In DC you act basically for the camera, and let others do the bad stuff.

13. Another RR whitewash, eh?
Sorry, can't let it slide. RR was an avowed enemy of Liberals. He didn't care one wit for the masses of Americans, only for him and his friends. Whether he was sick in his term makes no difference. Either he knew, or he should have stepped down, for the good of the country. But the good of the country never entered his mind, did it? Either way he was a total failure and deserves our rebukes. Let 'er Rip!

But I agree with the posters who indicate he said "sorely missed." Trite phrases and bush just go together like white bread and mayonaisse.
