Which President did the most to stop terrorism?

I would argue Clinton because the millenium attacks were prevented. He warned Bush about Al Quaeda. Of course most people believe that he just said we are going to get them and it was a bunch of empty promises and that all Clinton did in response to the embassy bombings of 1998 was blow up some small building in Afghanistan. THey should pay more attention to what Richard Clarke said. What do you think?

2. Clinton deserves a lot of credit....

...and so does Jimmy Carter. He prevented God knows how many terrorist attacks by encouraging Egypt and Isreal to make peace. Of course he was lambasted for this "wimpy" nonviolent approach.

As we see, the violent approach works so much better. /sarcasm off.
