What a revolting little man he was! Totally incompetent as Attorney General (much like the present occupant of the office), possessed of all the fine legal acumen of a professional wrestling referee. He allowed three days to elapse between the time he knew about Iran/contra and moving to seal Ollie North's office. Heaven only knows what was spirited out of the White House basement during that time, some of it in Fawn Hall's underwear.

So thank you, Ed Meese, for the severe damage you inflicted on our nation and its laws. May the day come swiftly when your crimes of omission catch up with you.
