USA wants 90% of Iraq's debt to be pardoned by other nations. The other nations said "Perhaps we will pardon Iraq's debt if the USA pardons the debt of around 33 (I think, I don't remember the exact number cited) poor nations in exchange."
I agree that many nations cannot re-pay the debt to the USA and we should pardon it, but these repug jerks are putting our dollars down the drain by not collecting these debts NOT OUT OF ALTRUISM but to buy cooperation so they can LOOK LESS BAD IN IRAQ and win the election. So our (democrats') dollars are paying for Bush*'s campaign...again.
