When was FDR put on the dime?
It seems like theres this huge rush to put Reagan on the ten (well, not that much of a rush, since they'd been trying since before he was actually dead, but anyhoo) and it seems bizarre that the discussions are starting this early, but I really have no basis to judge it on. Did they start talking about the dime this soon after FDR's death? How long did they wait?

1. They should ...
just put his mug on the $2.00 bill--a bill that hardly circulates as money--like rarely used, forgotten.
