Afghanistan has been forgotten until recently, and there were early reports from there that the war hadn't gone as well as we were led to believe. They list many soldiers names and home towns, list b52's being shot down, and much more military equipment helicopters, bradleys, being destroyed.

If we weren't told this can we really believe the casualty numbers coming out of Iraq? Does anyone have a credible source for American kia and wia for Afghanistan?

Don't you think it would be difficult to hide several B-52's being shot down?

I didn't think it was credible I couldn't find an actual count, I find stories of Afghan civilian casualties but nothing on american. I would guess though that the number of kia/wia would be in hundreds.
