Why weren't the kids with Nancy? Very strange....

focused on her. I had also heard that Nancy and Ron pretty much focused on earch other a lot and NOT the kids. The kids were often forgotten.

11. I think she might come out swinging about this stem cell research

business, after awhile if she has the strength. She's pretty old you know. Maybe then there might be a book. I know some publishers are already approaching her about this. Nancy Davis may be tapped to write it. She is a published author, even though one of her books trashed her family. Maybe this will be her chance to write something more historical and less vengeful.

He went to the coffin after Nancy did. I don't think Ron or Patti did.

Trying to work through the Reagan Family Psychodrama could be a full-time job.

This is where things stand.

Maureen - dead, but apparently close to her father and not at all close to her stepmother.

Mike - weird. I don't think he was ever close with either of them and seems to have spent his entire adult life trying to make his father pay attention.

Patti - nuts, but still strangely hot. Apparently, she is reconciled with everyone after being the wild child for .... God .... decades. She and Nancy were once pretty much at full-scale war, but that seems to have ended.

Ron - shockingly stable. From everything I know about him, he was always fairly close with both his parents (at least by the standards of this clan) and while clearly an independent thinker, never had any major splits with them.

One thing about Patti and Ron. Either they have incredible plastic surgeons or someone needs to examine Ron and Nancy's DNA, because the secret to eternal life may lie in there somewhere. She's in her late 40s; he's in his mid/early 40s and they both still look about 29.

She has blossomed into an incredible writer.Her tellall book aside, read this weeks newsweek. Her article on her father was fabulous. She has always been a liberal and protested the war in Vietnam. She did not vote for her father. Ron is a very liberal progressive ,who hates the Bushes.
Micheal has always been shunted aside. I think he was somewhat dicriminated against for being the adopted son of Reagan and Jane Wyman. He is a Rush clone radio talk show host,He has nothing in common with his siblings and wants to carry on the conservatism that the family ,including Nancy, has abandoned. He didn't win points by showing up late to his Dad's deathbed because he was escorting his mother Jane Wyman. I thought it was very interesting that she went to his bedside.

And I mean that in the most flattering sense. I have nothing against crazy woman. In fact, I tend to date them exclusively.
