I Haven't Watched or Paid Attention to Any Reagan Stuff all Week!

None. I tuned out Saturday morning, and I've stayed tuned out. I simply do not care, and will not subject myself to it.

I've had a great week. TV news is terrible, and of little use. Man, it feels good. No newspapers, no network news, no cable news. On DU, I've mostly hung around in the lounge, but I've also taken quite a break from DU.

It's truly refreshing! In fact, the title to this thread is the first time I've typed the word "Reagan" in quite some time. The man's death means very little to me, maybe nothing at all. The controversies here seem piddling and unnecessary, but that is a completely superficial assessment, since I haven't read word one of them!

After they finally plant the old putz, the renaming frenzy begins. Expect to see a familiar landmark, a well-traveled street, a town building near you renamed. After all, they started this crap when he was still alive, unheard of until then. He's got an obsolete but convenient airport and a cost overrun plagued heap of masonry in Washington.

4. Me, too. Haven't seen any of the Reagasm, have no desire

to. I even skip most Reagan threads here.

iPod. If those things don't keep me busy then there is always

DU.
