Humour - 'left' vs. 'right'

I've noticed that the Right is quite humourless, witless and well, dull..... I don't even like to Use those words, left and right, lib and con, dem and rep.... makes me think of a football stadium where you are Made to choose in order to have interest just because you paid for the damn ticket and you're gonna get something from it besides a madcow hotdog, goddamit!...

Some examples I know of:
R: Dennis Miller: he is (was) quite brilliant, but ever since he has decided to suck BushAss like an Electrolux on Enrons stolen energy he has lost his shine, and it shows.

R: Anne Coulter: The only thing funny about her is she has an audience.... Who Are Those People?

Lib: Bill Maher: Don't always agree with him, but he is sharp as a tack genious, swift on his feet.

and that loudmouth bald headed democrat on Crossfire, whatshisname.... Love his schtick, he sounds so bloody genuine and human.

Seems to me that the 'left' is just more hard hitting with real words and the 'right' are like chatty cathy dolls that only have a few pre-recorded lines to deliver between make-up.
