A Republican plan for the Texas Senate Democrats

Republicans are thinking about compelling 2 or 3 Democrats to testify before the a Senate committee.

(The quorum for a committe is only majority.)

If they don't show up, a warrant for Contempt of Legislature will be put out.

This is a Class A misdemeanor in Texas and the Republicans plan to fully prosecute.

Also that Perry wold call an immediate third session when this one ended, and also that they are considering taking the fines from the office budget accounts.
