.. they cannot support Shrubya re-election bid because of his policies and programs (an unsaid stem cell research ban dig).
NOT - "I/we are not supporting or endorsing any candidate this election"
NOT - "I/we are are supporting John Kerry" (altho that would blow Shrubya totally off the map)
but the simple "I/we cannot support Shrubya".
more damming than 'supporting no one'
not as damming as 'support Kerry'
- how much of a bump would Kerry get.
- how much of a dive would Shrubya take.
- would it change you opinion of Nancy? of Ron Jr?

A lot of pure repubs dont like bu$h but will vote with party lines just the same. A statement like that would pull some voters to Kerry.
If they did say things like this would the Rove smear machine come out to say that they are unamerican? Bring up Ron Jr.'s sexuality or Nancy's "wild days" in hollywood?

A few months ago I read something about him chastising Bush for trying to align himself with Ronald Reagan....I have a feeling he will come out and declare for Kerry before the election!
