Haven't read the article yet, but I already agree with everything you all have said, even the comment about Falwell (Eeeeewwwwww!!!!). Thanks for the article link.

If there's to be a sequel, the author should include those slimeballs who continue to carry the mantle: DeLay, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Hannity, Randall Terry...

Oh yeah, my only complaint is that some females really should have been included: Ann Coulter and her antecedent, Phyllis Schlafly...
