Every four years, our "hired help" gets a job review. If we decide that they are doing an okay job, and we don't have anyone better to replace them, they get to keep their job. It's obvious this time around, that the review will not be a glowing one.
The guy we "hired" appeared to be an affable sort of guy, who knew some pretty important people, and nepotism was working in his favor, since the job he was after had once been his Dad's. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, even though he lied on his "resume'", and even cheated a bit to get the job.
Since he has been in charge, he has proved himself "not up to the job" in so many ways.
The people he hired (reputedly "the best"), failed miserably, and yet he gave them a pass.
He has an antagonistic attitude, and seems intent on making enemies everywhere.
He has little interest in others, unless it concerns them agreeing with something HE wants.
Instead of caring for all of his people, he is only interested in a select few, and the rest can just go pound sand.
He has a real problem with follow-through. When he sets a plan in motion, the end result is usually the OPPOSITE of what he has promised.
He has the utmost difficulty in transmitting the simplest of ideas. He seems to have little grasp of any language, and seems to be incapable of learning.
He is unwilling to accept responsibilities for failings that occur "on his watch", yet is always ready to expect others to accept responsibillity for their failings.
He is fiscally irresponsible in every way possible.. He sees nothing wrong with stealing "company money" and giving it to a few favored friends.
He seems to have no goal in mind except for that messiah complex/domination fantasy.
It's clearly time for him to go....
