American space weapons expert Dr. Carol Rosin (corporate manager of Fairchild Industries and founded the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space) once worked with Wernher Von Braun during the last years of his life.

Dr.Rosin, said in the following interview that Von Braun told her of a long-range plan to justify putting weapons in space by staging various events, including a terrorist attack on the United States, the Gulf War, and a threat by both asteroids and extraterrestrials.

It is interesting to note that the interview with Rosin was made in December, 2000, months before the Sept. 11, 2001 attack that sparked Americas so-called "War on Terror." Also, all of the events predicted by Von Braun have happened, right on cue, except for the alien threat event.

6. You are so right about the Mexican UFO's and not only did

the press report it but this was the first time the Mexican military tracked UFOs. OMG I just realized something.

I found this story after reading a post earlier about WMDs being found. Having never heard of the paper (The World Tribune) reporting the story, I did some searching and found a New Yorker article about the rag. The Tribune is affiliated with Rev Moon and the Washington Times. Therefore all BS.

However the New Yorker article also mentioned that World Tribune has a "Cosmic News" segment which I thought bizarre so I checked it out and found a headline "Reagan's Alien Threat from Another Planet".

This really threw me because I had heard some news reports in the last week about Reagan's fixation with aliens. One reporter was saying how freaked Gorbachev was when Reagan would go on about aliens. Another report talked about handlers keeping Reagan away from dignitaries because they were concerned that Reagan would start up with the alien stories. (I kid you not)

James E. Phelps developed the concept of air pharmacology

James E. Phelps studied electrical engineering at the University of Tennessee with his thesis being in core reactor refuelling electronics for breeder reactors. Much of his work was at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tennessee (ORNL) which is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) where he worked in the areas of radiation detection and measurements and site remediation amongst other tasks.

The fluorine effect is so permanent within the cell G-protein's binding
that it cannot even be released. So, the only way to protect a cell in the
nerve system from this compound is to pre-treat or pre-bind these G-protein sites

I moved from Colorado to Utah.

In Utah valley, every few weeks, the sky will be covered in a giant checkerboard pattern of loose-knit contrails, set at near right angles, for dozens of miles in all directions.

I've lived in Los Angeles, Hawaii, San Francisco, Denver, and Atlanta - all big cities with plenty of air traffic and international airports. LA and Denver are also pretty close in climate to Utah valley, but I have never seen chem/contrails to the extent that I have here, and never in such well organized patterns.

I don't know what they are, but they seem different from anything I've ever observed.

Again, it's from 1991. That's during the latter part of Bush1's administration, after the Gulf War. It alleges that Saddam Hussein is going to be a terrorist threat to the U.S. Fascinating. Near as I can tell, Saddam was NEVER a terrorist threat to the U.S., but he could've been just as useful back then (had Bush won a 2nd term) as he was to the Bushes this time around.

about the Deep Impact rumour (they do like staging dramatic productions). I think it may be part of a psyops campaign to disseminate a new sense of unease and vulnerability among Americans, perhaps even doing some of the groundwork for the imposition of martial law. Bill Clinton wasn’t being either bold or creative in his use of the presidential pardon power. Compared to George Bush Senior’s incredible pardon fiasco, Clinton’s pardon scandal is boring.

In his last days as President, Bush Sr. sold U.S. government asset worth $10 billion to a friend for a mere $10 thousand dollars, pardoned his business colleagues, and then went on the company’s payroll for seven years.

At the very end of his presidency Papa Bush gave a sweetheart deal to the Canadian company Barrick Goldstrike. They got the rights to US land worth $10 billion in return for a nominal payment to the treasury of $10,000. But that does not seem to be all they got, or all they paid for either.

The money behind Barrick is from Saudi arms dealer and Bush family friend Adnan Khashoggi, who was identified as conduit in the Iran-Contra conspiracy. In 1986 he was arrested and charged with fraud but failed to be convicted. In one of his last acts as president Bush pardoned Khashoggi's alleged co-conspirators, who were key members of Bush's own cabinet. As a result, no case could be made against Khashoggi – or against Bush himself.

The war on Iraq is not the only war in the world and it is not the only war being fought for our material benefit. American Mineral Fields (AMFI), a consortium based originally in Hope, Ark.--yes, Bill Clinton's hometown--is a big player in exploiting Congo's mineral wealth. In 1997, just a month before Mobutu fell, it signed contracts with the Kabila-Rwanda-Uganda alliance forces for almost a billion dollars investment in copper, cobalt and zinc mines and processing plants in Kolwezi and Kipushi.

because the official military explanation for Roswell has been changed several times. The first report, that a UFO crashed in Roswell, was issued by Roswell Army Airfield base commander and head of the 509th Bomb Wing, Col. William Blanchard. This report was published in newspapers west of the Mississippi on July 8,1947. In a report issued by the RAAF the next day, the military claimed that all that had crashed in Roswell was a weather balloon.

The 509th Bomb Wing was an elite group with 60 years of military history. It was involved with the secret development, testing and use of the atomic bombs in the early and mid 1940s, and it is the 509th that eventually dropped the atomic bomb on Japan. Does anyone seriously think that this outfit would not know twisted metal aircraft debris from a weather balloon?

Given the military’s subsequent explanations, you really have to wonder what they are up to when it comes to Roswell. After the weather balloon explanation, it was revealed in 1995, in the GAO report to Congressman Steve Schiff, that the debris was actually a Mogul balloon (a device for gathering information on Soviet Union nuclear explosions, that looks something like a tin foil kite). In 1997, in the “Roswell, Case Closed” press conference, it was finally disclosed that what was found in the debris in 1947 were balloon- dropped anthropomorphic dummies. The fact that dummies were not used until the early to mid 1950’s was explained as being “Time Compression” – thought more scary to me than UFOs;). Either the military actually see us as pitifully and stupidly gullible, or are they are making a great effort to confuse us.

I know Carol. She is seriously credible. And as for little green men, there will be a very compelling report released at some point in the near future that will ignite the speculation that extraterrestrial remains were actually found. Considering the source, it will raise more questions of possible manipulation than it will do to settle the 1947 incident.
