Hillary being interviewed by John King/CNN! Says, we have to get to Bottom
And she's saying it's not a Hot Summer......so she's not sure why/how this could have happened. And, she is saying we need to understand how this happened. She said she had 50 young people with her and she evacuated and she says "just like everybody else they are trying to find out what has happened."

Hillary says she is walking and trying to get out of the city. She says folks are behaving well......and having convidence and trying to get folks out of elevators and subways and that New Yorkers are great.

SUMMATION! Hillary is going to investigate all of this!

2. Any word on whether her appearance on the Daily Show got taped or not?
I'm not really that much of a Hilary fan, but I think it would be fun to watch her interact with Jon.

4. It would have been if it airs tonight. I think they tape at like 5
So it's possible it didn't get taped.

8. The blackout happened at 4 p.m.; she was still in her office
if they tape at 5 p.m. you'd think she would've been at the studio (or on her way there).

12. Dan Rather was broadcasting and so
were the local NY stations, which I get on satellite, so they are probably on generator power. I hope she was interviewed anyway or will be.

5. I saw part of the interview
I didn't realize she was walking. The graphic said she was en route to Chappaqua. Is she walking all the way home??? (She certainly wouldn't be alone.)

Hillary helps to reassure New Yorkers and Americans.

Walking out of the city, no less.

Meanwhile, where is Bush? Comfortably silent in his air conditioned limo, driving safely nowhere near any of those pesky first amendment zones, on his way to a fundraiser.

In a week or two, we'll get 24X7 coverage of him in some power plant photo op, wearing overalls and a hard hat, swearing solidarity with electrical workers, waving a flag and spewing us-vs-them bullshit.

edit: nowhere *near*

9. Hillary and Lil George: Compare and Contrast
Hillary is on the ground, walking with folks.

Lil George finds a live microphone and says the blackout is no concern of his.

13. That she was walking and talking to reporters 7caring about NY
says a lot about her character. How is the Puke-whore press going to spin this tidbit? "She must be trying to sell books and inflate her sales."
