9. it is a guilt trip... he had his crew jump out over an island where he

they would be horribly tortured to death.. then he jumped out later and was saved by a sub.

There was talk about him over reacting to situations not really critical previous to that.

He jumped out of a plane that was still flying !!! His Crew DIED, most likely because be was to chicken shit to ditch them as far into safety as possable...

How come not Pilot or crew member ever came forward and stood up for him in the election ??? besides the ones who he had jump into the hands of radical Japanese military... of course.. they were dead.

It was a 2 man bomber. Both men tried to eject over water, only one got out.

And btw, its a good idea to eject out of the plane while it still flying...Waiting till it hits the ground/water is generally a bad idea.
