Ralph Nader Meets With Leaders Of "TheNaderFactor.com" Group
Ralph Nader Meets with Leaders of 'TheNaderFactor.com'; Group Hopes to Continue Dialogue in Effort to Achieve Unity

WASHINGTON,
June 11 /U.S. Newswire/

In response to a letter requesting a meeting with the Independent candidate for President, leaders of TheNaderFactor.com, Tricia Enright, John Hlinko and Chris Kofinis sat down with Ralph Nader yesterday for nearly two hours. TheNaderFactor.com has been running TV ads featuring former Nader supporters urging unity against the right wing, and hopes to make the meeting with Nader himself a first step on the path to working together.

Tricia Enright, president of TheNaderFactor.com, called the meeting a "positive, productive first step" and "a wide ranging discussion on a variety of issues."

"We were obviously impressed with Mr. Nader's commitment to things he cares about," said Enright. "We believe he was also impressed with our commitment to continuing our efforts to build a united front of Democrats, progressives and Nader supporters ready to take on the right wing," she added. "It's a first step and we look forward to continuing the dialogue."

See http://www.TheNaderFactor.com for the full letter.

Mr. Nader, along with his Communications Director Kevin Zeese, met with us -- for nearly two hours. And let's just say... it was a very interesting discussion.

Stay tuned...

Tricia Enright (formerly DeanForAmerica)
John Hlinko (formerly DraftWesleyClark.com, and Clark 04)
Chris Kofinis (formerly DraftWesleyClark.com, and Clark 04)

:)

"We need your help. We believe the only way to fight the right wing and its policies is through unity amongst Democrats, progressives and Nader supporters. Without that unity, we fear that these extremist policies will continue unabated. If you can think of another way, besides a united front, to change these policies, we would love to know what it is. But there is little time, and too much at stake."

3. Just A Guess
I would guess he won't run as a Republican for the same reason he won't run for President as a Democrat.

4. I'm still trying to figure out what Nader's agenda REALLY is
He claims that he wants Bush out, but he can't be stupid enough to believe that his running would help that.

5. You Could Find Out
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 05:46 PM by Solidarity
You could go to his website and find out. Just a suggestion.

And you might want to read the Buchanan interview of Nader published in the American Conservative magazine and the Reform Party (Perot's old party) statement on Nader.

It's starting to look like Nader will actually do much better in 2000 getting the votes of Independents, conservative Republicans who are fed-up with Bush but can't vote for Kerry, socialists and other radicals who will never vote for any Democrat or Republican and some Democrats who believe Kerry is far to conservative for their tastes.

That's what it looks like to me. I've been trying to follow Nader's campaign objectively without being influenced by the name calling and slander campaign which seems so fashionable right now.

We're all suppose to just denounce Nader and all of his potential voters as fascists and other evil things according to some posters here. It's clear from those suggestions they have never worked in political campaigns and don't have a clue on how to debate, discuss and influence people. Just denounce those liberals and progressives who don't agree with you 100%.

Well, look around, keep an open mind and make your own judgements. I'm not going to demand that you agree with mine.
