"U Can't Be Christian If You're Pro-Choice." I saw this bumper sticker!
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 09:07 PM by frank frankly
No kidding. It was stunning. There were two other pro-life bumper stickers, but that one was the biggest.

Worst I've even seen. Can anyone match or top that?

On Edit: It was on a Caddilac.

1. ABORTION: THE ULTIMATE HATE CRIME.
Saw that one not too long ago and felt suitably outraged.

3. sticker
OK this isn't one that outraged me, only made me laugh a lot, even though I disagree with the sentiment entirely. In big font it said, "I Brake For Animals" but then in small lettering beneath it said something like, "Then pull over, shoot them and eat them."

One of the ones that has bothered me most was: "Work harder. Millions on welfare depend on you." :eyes:

5. "Bush/Cheney '04"
I got a chill down my spine just thinking of it.

Here in NE Ohio I've seen a lot of "Vote The Son Of A Bush OUT" stickers on cars....Very few pro Buxh stickers, though.

6. We could make one that says
You can't be pro-life and support the war.

Makes sense to me.

11. These religious fascists are really going over the top pushing
their agenda. I am getting really fed-up. Being pro-choice was the compromise reached between the pro and the anti abortion camps but I guess compromise isn't good enough for them, so I guess it's war. These people need to be made to understand that no woman can be forced to complete a pregnancy against her will.

Until each and every woman in the world has complete control over her reproduction, without any interference from anyone not involved, we woman cannot claim to be anything but slaves to the males who enforce this.

18. St Paul said a very wise thing when he observed that we see
through a glass darkly. There is no way for man to see into the mind of God. How amazingly presumptuous! Jesus despised the moneychangers. He explained that it would be easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven. Now that is a Biblical passage that really exudes the spirit of Christ. He spoke for the poor, the downtrodden, the prostitutes, the tax collectors, the etc. He was the peoples' advocate. That is the man I worship... kind, good, generous, open-minded, caring and wise...a man of peace, not war.

St. Mark 10:24-25
24. And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them,
"Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter
into the kingdom of God!
25.It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle,
than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Wouldn't they like to see this on a bumper sticker!!

**** Sorry Masonjar, I didn't see your post, didn't mean to copy-cat. :)
