1. That's just weird
Did Babs think if she didn't have a funeral the rest
of the kids wouldn't notice their sister was gone?

They weren't allowed to openly grieve for her either
if the stories are true. That goes so far beyond dys-
functional that I don't think there is a category for
how cold that is.

2. She was the only daughter, younger than W, and died of leukemia
I don't think she was even of preschool age. She probably isn't mentioned much since it happened long ago and for privacy of the family. I didn't know there was no funeral, but was probably the family's preference.

3. That just hurts my heart
I can't imagine the pain involved with losing a child to leukemia. If this is true, my heart goes out to the Bush family.

4. The sister
Died very young. The family, because of poppy's fame, decided not to hold a public funeral and she was buried in a quiet private ceremony.

Other than that, there are only 2 serious problems within the entire Bush clan. Brother Neil is a philander. Jeb's daughter hung out with the wrong crowd and developed a nasty drug habit.

5. I've only seen Bush 41 discuss this once
It was on 20/20 or 60 Minutes or one of those shows in the mid-90s. He got emotional (which is really strange coming from him).

I will never judge a family on how the grieve.
