+++This has been the worst and possibly the most disjointed speaking I have ever heard GWB do.

+++ For the first time, I didn't believe Pres. Bush. He tried to appear too casual, repeated "rolling black-out" too many times in the first few sentences, and just seemed strange. I don't think they know what caused the power surge that took down 21 power plants in 3 minutes in 5 states and Canada...and sadly, I don't think we'll find out until something similar to this happens on a grand scale that can't be hidden. I know...I'll go get my tinfoil hat now....
