If Kerry wins in November, what you think *W is gonna do
with his power and time up to the inauguration? What executive orders do you think he's going to sign? My thinking is we should be keeping him busy with impeachment hearings and investigations into the Iraq WMD lie and torturegate anyway.

30. Have his staff trash the West Wing like they alleged Clinton's staff did.
Which we all know was a lie, the only difference will be that Bush & Co. will actually trash and steal and will just explain it away as a "fraternity prank".

2. I would agree that we should keep him busy but...
...he would be lame duck. If Kerry beat him comfortably, any executive order that Bush signed would not be received favorably.

36. Won't work...
Recess appointments have to be confirmed again in a year, democrats will get 100% participation in the fillibuster (should we not control the senate), now that Zell Miller is out.

13. W has lost the military, the CIA, and most of his party
My guess is that even if he manages to Diebold his way back into power, he's not going to keep it long. If there isn't an immediate impeachment, the military may act.

Only a small coalition of the new rich and the religiously insane is keeping this little bastard in power. They will not be enough if there is another stolen election, and he can't win a legitimate one.

Given that the House is in Republican hands and will remain so through at least December 31st, how would you suggest we go about convincing those Republicans to impeach W?

21. We probably couldn't,, but we should apply unrelenting pressure for it.
I don't think just biding our time waiting for BushCo to leave is a good idea. This administration has already proved themselves capable of anything, so whatever Democrats do to keep them on the defensive will be necessary.

Until/unless someone/anyone/everyone starts getting their Reps off their asses and making these guys accountable to the people, they'll just keep rollin' on.
