Make Disney and its shareholders sad.

Buy a ticket for the movie at the online box office (Fandango.com)

4. You don't get to use it, but --
The box office will count it as a seat sold for Farenheit 911. When you order the ticket, it is set aside at the theater and that seat is considered "sold."

(Unfortunately you can't buy them for out of town friends, since when you pick the tickets up you have to show them the credit card used in placing the order.)

5. Mixed feelings.

This is not about putting money into Moores pocket.

its about putting undecideds into the theater.

Just buying a ticket only enrichens moore, but could deny a seat to someone who would see it otherwise.

Not that I have a problem with moore makin money..far from it. But Im not rich enough to donate to his empire without any other benefit.

6. If anything, I'll drive an hour to see the movie.
It's worth the drive.

7. Kind of pointless

Our goal should be getting people to see it, not making Moore rich.

I would recommend people buying a ticket for the nearest theatre, and actually GOING TO SEE IT!

May as well get your money's worth -- and if you're going to contribute to something, atleast make it useful. It would be more effective donate to a charity, or a liberal cause (such as Move On), or to John Kerry's campaign.

9. So you want me to spend my money
to buy a ticket for a movie that I won't see? RIGHT........

I got a better idea. How about I just don't buy the ticket and wait for it to come out on video and buy it then? The same way I did with his other movies...
