Seems like sci-fi, but I recently saw a re-run of the original "Invasion of the Body Snatchers." Maybe this film and "The Stepford Wives" explains how so many otherwise seemingly "normal" people can buy into the ten tons of shit being peddled by BushCo, Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly, et al.

The one from back in the 50s? (When I was young!) Great movie and the premise was scary as all get-out. You're right--would explain a lot, though I'd never refer to Coulter as "normal". Keep wondering why on earth anybody--I mean ANYbody--can support Bush at this point. Bodies being invaded by alien beings and the Stepford wife concept would explain a lot!

I have found no evidence of her having contributed to W's campaign. She's a parasite who latched on to the Rethugs and makes money by feeding them "red meat," i.e., both her body and her assinine rhetoric. She's a greedy whore who gets her jollies by getting under other people's skin. Ignore her. It will drive her nuts!

She's probably suffering from histrionic personality disorder and, if there's one thing histrionics absolutely cannot stand, it's NOT being the center of attention.
