Holbrook (Kerry's foreign policy adviser and former Ambassador to the UN) just told Tweety on "Hardball" that Dick Cheney is the "Prime Minister" of the US. Not 15 minutes ago I posted a bit on Rudy-Julie where I refereed to Prime Minister Cheney. In fact, I have been calling Crash-cart "Prime Minister" since early 2001, when he took over the government.
