countdown to something big. but what? so many awful things could go down in the next 139 days. it's hard to be optimistic like george wants us to. we liberals and our unpatriotic war hero candidate are just pessimists thats all. dread of the future. nattering nabobs of negativity to quote spiro agnew.

it's not exaggerating to say that the fate of our nation, and the very world teeters on the thinnest thread over the next 139 days.

what do we have to look forward to, and what do we have to fear?

the number one danger to us all, here, and the world over is bush and his gang of thieves, thugs, torturers and murderers. it's us against them, not a cliche catch phrase, it's really us against them.

3. I don't know man...

...and I hope I am wrong, but I just think something is going to happen right before the election, like a staged terrorist attack, or something that gives buschco an excuse to enact marshal law, and cancel elections "until further notice." The guy is going down in flames right now on just about every front, and even the latest mass media propaganda binge isn't helping him anymore.

Still, a little thing like not getting elected didn't stop him before, and I just don't see him giving up all that limitless power now that he has tasted it.

5. He Only Has to MIHOP Again If He's Behind More than 20%

If he's within 20% he can steal the election again,
(unless by Election Day he has screwed up so badly that even
Diebold Republican Electing machinez refuse to vote for him.

6. I'm feeling good that *W will lose, unless something weird

happens and we don't have an election :tinfoilhat:. However, I am more worried about what will happen after he becomes a lame duck until we get him out of the WH. I think he should be indicted for whatever can be thrown at him and hope something sticks between now and then.
