clinton got the al capone treatment and republicans could be peeping toms
the republicans could never beat clinton in a fair fight so they had circumvent the established political process and use guttersnipe tactics. just like al capone went to jail for tax evasion and not for being a crime boss per se the republicans realized they could never beat clinton on the political field of battle so they stuck their peeping tom, perverted-yet-inhibited noses down in the gutter and sniffed out shit that should be kept out of the political discourse(and put in the pages of penthouse's forum). clinton was a man of the people. clinton had no life of privilege. his daddy wasn't president. the republicans have made their hit below the belt. they could never win a fair fight because their policies help the fewer people than the democrats do.
