NORAD can't respond to Terrorism: Our Country is Being Run by Dinosaurs

We are told that NORAD couldn't get jets into the air during the 9/11 attacks because the 1.5 hours they had was not enough time, so NORAD is obsolete (and Star Wars, were it fea$ible, militarize$ $pace, and i$$$, hence, de$tabilizing, dome$tically and abroad).

We need leaders who are capable of new thoughts.

On 9/11/2004, we had the world's most powerful military and some of the most sophisticated intelligence-gathering capabilities.

And yet we could not stop what happened.

A strong military and more bureaucracy will NOT make us safer, or help us win a so-called "war on terrorism". However, if our government stops supporting oppressive regimes and fanatics overseas, we'll go a long way to put an end to the root causes of terrorism.

If NORAD couldn't get jets up in the air in 1.5 hours on 911, then please explain to us how they managed to get them up in a few minutes when golfer Payne Stewart's plane went off course? And that was only two years earlier, in 1999. What, did our Air Force degrade that badly in two years? Somehow I doubt it.

This is just more tapdancing and whitewashing so as not to wake the sheeple. The ONLY reason why those jets sat on the tarmac for so long is because somebody very high up the chain of command countermanded the Standing Order. The 911 commission is simply trying to whitewash this fact so the public doesn't start asking really nasty questions.
