Even if it is somewhat of a whitewash, one thing made blatantly clear by the 9/11 commission hearings is that the * regime is totally incompetent regarding national security. This adm., the military including NORAD, were sleeping before and during the 9/11 attacks. And it is doubtful things would be much better today if the same nightmare happened again.

* was protected a month before 9/11 in Italy because of threats about a SUICIDE ATTACK USING COMMERCIAL PLANES! Despite all the warnings, NORAD didn't respond after TWO planes hit the WTC. UNBELIEVABLE! Nobody called * on Airforce One to get orders to shoot down the other planes when they suspiciously went off the radar and were heading to Washington. And why the hell didn't *, knowing the country was under attack, bother to call the military to check on the status of the terrorist attacks and figure out how to start taking action against the other hijacked planes??? Seems he was too busy trying to save his sorry arse. I LEARNED FROM LISTENING TO CNN THAT MORNING THAT THERE WERE OTHER HIJACKED PLANES OFF THE RADAR AND POSSIBLY ALSO ON SUICIDE MISSIONS. SO WHY DIDN'T * AND THE MILITARY PERSONNEL KNOW WHAT TV VIEWERS KNEW AND DO SOMETHING!!! WAKE UP AMERICA!
