like....shut down power in several cities and then smash some planes into buildings where people are trapped? Or trap people in tall buildings and introduce bio/chem weapons into the ventilation?
Could this be a dry run for Boston 2004? I am not normally a conspiracy theory person, but there is no way this blackout was accidental (which you've all discussed thoroughly) but there was no practical sense for it since all it did was p!ss off a bunch of people.
Then I thought about all those people trapped in subways and tall buildings and said to myself....that would have been perfect time to unload the mother of all distractions.

Nor are they that 'networked' anymore. If something like you described were to happen, I would bet it was an inside job.

2. I guess that is what I'm afraid of. I believe previous were LIHOP |

but now they are pushing MIHOP plans. It would be an inside job and it would be done by those who want martial law and absolute control of the government and institutions with fearful bleating public taking orders and the opposition party(s) destroyed entirely.
