Jack Black cast as lead in Jackson's "King Kong"

This is kind of old news, so I apologize if you've heard it before, but I thought it was interesting.

First I thought that Jackson was a genius, as Jack Black is one of my favorite comedians. Then I thought that it would suck to have Jack Black in "King Kong," as Jack Black is one of my favorite comedians. Then I thought of Jack Nicholson as The Joker, and decided that unusual casting has something going for it, and Jack Black is one of my favorite comedians.

BTW: A remake of the 1933 "King Kong" is Peter Jackson's follow-up to "Lord of the Rings."

The story centers around somebody exploiting Kong in the crudest way.
