she had paid her fine. This was discovered after she was hauled into court, not just in handcuffs but in leg irons too. (Seriously, that was what it said in the Minneapolis paper.)

...Guantonimo prison and interrogated without counsel until she confesses that she did tis as a terrorist act of sabotage against the national park system, which should now be privatized and sold to Marriott Corporation for $.010 on the dollar! That will show these irresponsible liberals that BushCo will never allow the deliberate desecration of public lands. Once all of the national parks are privatized, then people can pay for the privilege of leaving trash there anytime they wish.
