Recall Election Suggestion...

Only those people who ACTUALLY VOTED the first time around should be permitted to vote again.

I still think this is an unfair "do-over" for those who didn't care enough to vote the first time... and it's unfairly generous and lenient to anyone who wants to stage a recall.

How long before Arnold is recalled? Hell's bells! As long as they are making a joke of themselves, the door is WIDE OPEN for the next rich and disgruntled jerk to turn the system on its head and use it against itself (legally).

Since he didn't vote in the last five elections.

I really find that disgusting, especially since
he is a first generation American. Your vote is
your passport as an American...it's a right and
a privilege.
