What's So Funny Bout Peace Love And Understanding?
And why the hell are a lot of supporters of certain candidates sniping at each other so viciously? Oh wait, I know, because we're idiots who would rather waste time arguing about whether Kerry is copying Dean or whether Dean is "really what he says he is" or blah blah fucking blah.

I've had enough of the constant, stupid, sniveling, childish exchanges between Dean supporters and Kerry supporters. I've called for peace time after time after time, and this is the last fucking straw. If you people can't knock this stupid crap off, then Rove is going to eat ALL OF US ALIVE.

I don't care who started it, I don't care if you hate Dean or Kerry, just sit on your hands the next time you feel the need to reenact your playground days here.

Let the bullshit rationalizations for your childish behavior commence.

2. The worst part is, I keep getting sucked into this crap
I should be ignoring baseless bullshit attacks, which are pretty much all the anti-Dean people can muster, but I keep posting responses anyway. So I'm just as guilty of this crap as anyone.

3. Now if this had Dean or Kerry in the title I would likely not have clicked
peace love and understanding is scoffed at these days

and ridiculed, denied and berated

5. No, that was the MC5
Or were they revolution, dope, and fucking in the streets?

Regardless, its the title of Nick Lowe song, but its done much better by Elvis Costello.

6. I have tried with many posts to call a truce to no avail..
I don't even click on the bashing posts. The right never eats their own, we should learn something from them.

8. Flexibility is a virtue
Right now I'm Dean, but I will go happily whichever way the wind blows, as long as it doesn't blow toward Lieberman. I will move toward Kerry, if need be. If Clark enters and picks up steam, I'll go that way. If Gore decides to reenter and gets momentum, I'll go with Gore. I can't get too excited about the shouting matches. I can't relate to having such strong feelings for any one candidate. None of them is perfect. I'm not looking for perfection. I'm looking to punish the shit out of Bush and Bushism in 2004.

9. I totally completely 100% agree
I broke my own rule this morning and responded, once. But I have really tried to make it a rule to just stay out of all bashing threads. It's such a complete waste of time.

10. I will vote for whoever the Democrats nominate
It is the ONLY way to get rid of the Bush junta.

I support Kucinich, but I could very enthusiastically support any other candidate except Lieberman. But I would still swallow hard and support and vote for Lieberman.
