Any Polls regarding % of people who are now LIHOP?

I'm curious to know what the percentage of people who are now at least LIHOPpers.

Anyone seen a national poll to that effect? Isn't it about time?

11. At the beginning of the month...

I attended a meetup and the topic of 911 rolled around. Out of 4 people discussing the topic, 2 were full-on LIHOP or MIHOP, one was highly skeptical of the 'official' account, and then there was me, undecided, but definitely skeptical.

When you consider that no matter what people were thinking around 2 years ago, they were not saying it out loud.

Now people are less afraid to voice their opinions, because there are just too many anomalies/coincidences around the events of 911, and more revealed every day.

I would guess that if a national poll were taken, the numbers would be up compared to what they were say, a year ago.

I work at a very conservative office and the vast majority of people there are hard core repubs. But a couple of people have begun talking to me about all the circumstances around 911. Because of all that I have learned on DU, they are now convinced. That's what got me thinking about this subject.

I think it'd be a safe bet that the % believing in LIHOP among the general population would be considerably less.

I'm actually well informed on this subject. I've read this stuff over and over... and over. And I know all about Operation Northwoods and PNAC and the bizarre things about the "flight schools" in Florida and I've watched the tapes.

Yes, something fishy happened on 911 -- and it's possibly exactly as you think.

All I'm saying is, we who get all our info from the Internet really can't **KNOW** what happened. We can string dots together, but we have no way of knowing the truth from this patchwork of reliable and not-so-reliable and downright loonball sources.

For example -- and this is just one example: the plane that hit the Pentagon. I've read a lot about how the hole is too small, that there isn't enough debris on the lawn, that there's no video of the plane going in. It sounds convincing that a plane DID NOT hit it at all! But that makes NO SENSE TO ME: where is that plane, then? Where are the people on it? Perhaps I don't have enough information, or maybe I have TOO MUCH INFORMATION from sources that I can't be sure whether to trust. I'm not an aeronautical engineer. It's possible there's an explanation that I haven't yet heard. I'm going to keep reading, and reading, and reading.

Keeping an open mind is really really important. Those who are SURE it was LIHOP or MIHOP are no different from those who "refuse to believe anyone could do such a thing."

I say "you know, there are some people who think Bush allowed this to happen so he would have an excuse to go to war.
I live in a fairly conservative area. Even the democrats are conservative. However about 30 percent of people (now these are not internet types. They get their news from CNN and Fox)will say, "oh I don't doubt that at all".
