CT Governor Rowland resigns
Citizens and voters are not surprised at his graft and corruption, but only a Right Wing Republican would go on television or allow a photo with such a bad combover.

1. He could face jail time.
I saw a report on MSNBC this morning saying he could go to prison. Unless Shrub pardons him.
