Will the number of people killed by terrorists in this report include the American troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan?

I thought I saw a post that the numbers were 600(?) which was doubled from the original report.

If the Iraq/Afghanistan numbers were in there, it would be in the thousands.

They're considered combat, not terrorism. I wonder what category the Iraqis who've died every day will fall under. If any...after all, we're not counting them.
