I just found this pic on Yahoo from yesterday. Looks like W injured his chin again? Also looks like something on his top left lip. Or does he have some sort of skin condition that causing these rashes?

He definitely gets cold sores and herpes can attack the facial areas. I've seen cases in hospital and from the pics and the pattern, I don't think you can rule it out.
